ABC Industrigummi stocks a wide range of rubber carrier belts suitable for all types of industries. These conveyor belts are typically used for transporting gravel, stone, sand, coal, concrete, tiles, power plants, incineration facilities, and similar applications where conveyor belts are required. All belt types can be cut and customized to the desired dimensions. Available qualities include:
TR25/2 3+0
TR25/2 3+1
TR40/3 3+1.5
TR40/3 4+2
TR50/4 3+2
The above rubber belts can be supplied in the following standard widths:
400 mm, 500 mm, 650 mm, 800 mm, 1,000 mm, 1,200 mm, 1,400 mm, 1,600 mm.
Other widths and qualities can be ordered upon request.
Rubber conveyor belts can be supplied with the following features:
Normal Quality (NQ)
Fabric backing on the underside (0-backside)
Oil and grease resistant
Heat resistant (up to 200°C)
Additionally, carriers can be hot vulcanized onto the rubber belts as transverse cleated belts, allowing fully customized belts according to customer specifications. Carrier heights can be made up to 70 mm.
