What does your 24-hour service cover?
We respond to emergency shutdowns, conveyor belt failures, wear parts or other parts of your plant. Our technicians bring equipment and spare parts so we can solve the problem on site, if possible.

How do I contact you outside of normal opening hours?
You call our main number, where you will be forwarded to our emergency line. From there, we will quickly take care of your case.

Do I need a service agreement to use 24/7 service?
No, you can use our 24-hour service without a service agreement - but with an agreement you get benefits such as faster response time, fixed prices and prioritized response times.

Do you cover the whole country?
We service all customers throughout Denmark without exception. We also service customers in southern Sweden and northern Germany.
