Conti Secur BFA Cold Adhesive with Hardener – 0.7 kg + 40 g Activator RE

Two-component adhesive system for rubber repair and cold splicing.
Conti Secur BFA is a high-performance cold adhesive specially developed for cold repair and cold splicing of rubber conveyor belts. The system consists of a 0.7 kg adhesive and a 40 g hardener (Activator RE), which together ensure a strong and durable bond – even under dynamic loads.

Specifications:

• Content: 0.7 kg Conti Secur BFA + 40 g Activator RE

• Mixing ratio: 20:1 (adhesive:hardener)

• Application temperature: >10 °C

• Heat resistance: Up to 50°C continuously, briefly up to 90°C

• Curing time: Ready for use without load after 6 hours, full strength after 24 hours

• Shelf life: Minimum 24 months when stored at room temperature

Additional information: When applying, it is recommended to follow ContiTech’s instructions for use carefully, including proper surface preparation by sanding (grit 16-60) and applying in two coats with adequate drying time.
