1. Who are we?

ABC Industrigummi ApS (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website www.abc-industrigummi.dk. We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process your information in accordance with applicable legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you use our contact forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company and any messages you enter. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and is only kept for as long as is necessary for the purpose.

2.2 Purchases in the web shop

When you shop in our webshop, we collect the necessary information to complete your order, including:

  • Name
  • Company name (for B2B customers)
  • CVR number (for B2B customers)
  • Delivery address
  • Billing address
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number
  • Payment information (processed via Flatpay, a secure third-party payment provider)

These informations are used for order processing, billing, delivery and customer service.

2.3. Newsletter subscription

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address, first name and possibly your last name. This information is used to send you relevant news, offers and information about our products and services.

We use HubSpot to handle our email marketing and newsletter sign-ups. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email or by contacting us directly at support@abc-industrigummi.dk.

Your information will be stored as long as you are subscribed to the newsletter. If you unsubscribe, your information will be deleted within 30 days.

2.4. Comments

When visitors leave comments on our website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as your IP address and browser user agent string to help prevent spam. An anonymized hash of your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it.

2.5. Cookies

We use cookies to improve your user experience. If you leave a comment, you can choose to save your name, email address, and website in cookies so that you do not have to fill them in again the next time you comment. These cookies last for one year.

In addition, cookies are used for:

  • Session management at login
  • Remember screen display preferences
  • Analysis of user behavior via Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Insight


HubSpot is used as our CRM system, and their tracking code is installed on our website to track user interactions and improve our customer service and marketing.

You can manage and delete cookies via your browser at any time.

2.6. Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves as if you visited the other site directly and may collect data, Google Analytics opt-out.

3. Who we share your data with

We only share your information with trusted third parties to the extent necessary:

  • Payment providers: Flatpay to handle payments securely.
  • Logistics partners: Shipmondo, DHL and Esbjerg Gods for delivery of goods.
  • Accounting and ERP systems: For invoicing and bookkeeping. We refer to Uniconta’s data processing agreement.
  • Google Analytics, HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn Insight: For web analysis and CRM management.
  • Spam filtering services: Comments may be checked by an automatic spam detection service.


We never sell your information to third parties.

4. How long we store your data

  • Comments: Retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments.
  • Customer information: Stored in accordance with applicable accounting legislation (typically 5 years).
  • Contact form information: Deleted after 12 months unless there is an active case or you are subscribed to our newsletter.
  • Customer service emails and support history: Retained by HubSpot without a set deletion period. If a retention period is required by law, we will implement a deletion policy.

5. Your rights over your data

You have the following rights:

  • Right to access: You can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: You can have incorrect information corrected.
  • Right to erasure: You can ask to have your information deleted, unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.
  • Right to restriction of processing: You can request that we restrict the processing of your information.
  • Right to data portability: You can have your information provided in a structured, machine-readable format.

6. Where we send your data

  • Use of secure payment solutions.
