ABC Industrigummi has installed a large transport system for the Fehmarn project. The system transports materials from the port to the element factory in Rødbyhavn via conveyor belts that are carried 600 meters inland and up to a height of 33 meters.
A unique assignment
We act as a subcontractor to Nordic Bulk and handle the assembly work. The project was significantly larger than our typical tasks at the time and gave us valuable experience. Since this assignment, we have handled several other such tasks.
Learning and experience
With up to 15 employees on site, we worked an average of 11 people over six months. We have gained important insights into project management, collaboration and safety that we can use in the future.
